Our philosophy starts from the customer, and from the desire to offer everyone the best technical solutions, a system of innovations that makes each furnace user friendly, more productive, energy saving.

There is a unique characteristic about Mappi production: in-house production for everything without subcontracting or assembling modules built elsewhere. This allows Mappi to have full quality control over each component and guarantee the perfect functioning at the same time.

Each furnace is Made in Italy, Made in Mappi, built and checked on-site. It is then dismantled, scrupulously packed, and shipped to the customer’s premises where Mappi staff skillfully assemble it. This guarantees perfect functioning, plate after plate, tempering after tempering.

Thanks to a solid collaboration with Siemens, Mappi machines are, first in the entire glass industry, recognized as “Powered by Siemens”. This means that they are ready to implement all MindSphere applications, ready to enter the world of industry 4.0. ready to change the way of working in the glass industry, with full integration between the furnace and all production processes, from planning to quality reports.
