In addition to supplying stencils and our unique glass marking fluid we have developed two Class 1 Laser units to enable glass manufacturers and processors to quickly and neatly mark their products to conform to relevant Standards - e.g. CE Marking in European countries.
Class 1 laser system which conforms to health and safety requirements for laser based equipment as specified in BSEN / IEC 60825-1: 1994
- Conforms to BGV B2 Protective housing with 2 channel interlock circuits
- Average time to complete a single etch is 0.5 of a second
- The size and depth of etch can be varied to meet specific customer requirements
- Maximum size of mark for flat surfaces: 40mm x 40mm
- Edge marking of glass: 3mm to 30mm. Tolerance +/- 0.5mm
- 24v battery powered fully mobile system, capable of opera??ng for two 8 hour shifts without recharging (MU020 Model)
- Integral battery charger. Unit can be used while recharging (MU020 Model)
