Heißreparatur bei HEINZ-GLAS in Piesau
Mit einer bis 1523 zurückreichenden Glasmacher-Familientradition gehört die HEINZ-GLAS Group heute zu den führenden Herstellern von Glas-Flakons und Tiegeln für die Parfüm- und Kosmetikindustrie.
Die HORN Bau & Service GmbH, ein Tochterunternehmen der HORN Glass Industries AG, wurde für die Heißreparatur der Glasschmelzwanne bei HEINZ-GLAS in Piesau beauftragt. Hier wurde die gesamte Schmelzwanne mit 250 Tonnen Glas abgelassen, um Reparaturen am Doghouse und dem Durchfluss durchzuführen.
Um Folgeschäden zu vermeiden, wurden die Ofenraumtemperatur auf 1200°C gehalten. Bei diesen Temperaturen wurde durch unsere Experten im Bereich Service begonnen, die noch bestehenden Doghouse Palisaden und Plattierungen in diesem, als auch im Bereich des Durchflusses zu entfernen.
Als nächster Schritt wurden neue Doghouse Palisaden inkl. Doghouse Ecken gestellt und diverse kritischen Bereiche neu plattiert. Es erfolgten laufende Endoskopien während des Reparaturablaufes zur Einschätzung des Reparaturumfangs, als auch zum Sicherstellen des von HORN gestellten eigenen Qualitätsanspruches.
Nach dem Vollschmelzen durch HORN konnte die Schmelzwanne nach wenigen Tagen wieder erfolgreich in Betrieb genommen werden. Ebenso wurde parallel zu diesen Arbeiten der komplette Färbefeeder durch HORN neu installiert und getempert.
