Produits ou Machines

PICVISA designs, develops and produces equipment for glass, plastic, paper and metal sorting. Within our product range is also included the quality control of ceramic products.

PICVISA offers innovative solutions within the recycling industry to make more profit and efficiency of recycling plants.

ECOPACK: sorting of plastic packaging, paper & cardboard, wood, fabrics, etc.

The optical sorter ECOPACK automatically sorts and separates various types of materials by colour and form.

Thanks to the flexibility of multispectral vision, ECOPACK can be configured to make rapid changes in the classification of new materials that may arise from separate input stream to be treated.

The ECOPACK EP-1000, EP-1500, EP-2000, EP-2500 and EP-3000 models are designed to work on tapes acceleration from 1,000 mm to 3,000 mm setting options separation (Double bar or MultiTrack), according to the customer's needs.

Classification of elements between 20 mm and 400 mm with single valve, and up to 10 mm with double valve.

Processing speed up to 10 t/h (depending on the input material and dimensions of the unit).

ECOGLASS: glass sorting and glass withdrawal from MSW.

The optical sorter ECOGLASS automatically sorts and separates various types of materials by colour and form.

The ECOGLASS models are designed to work in recovery processes and glass cleaning in different flows. These equipment is designed in a versatile concept of easy adaptation to different processes where the crushed material requires a separation or cleaning considering its colour and form. Optionally it can also detect lead content in glass and ferrous or non-ferrous materials.

ECOSCRAP: sorting of metallic elements with inductive sensors and machine-vision.

The optical sorter ECOPACK automatically sorts and separates various types of materials by colour and form.
