ggDAS – Data Analysing System – stores and analysis all type of permanent recorded data such as temperatures, consumptions, dimensions etc. whereas the recording rate can vary from 1 to 10 s. and the complete history can be displayed in any type of format.

The analysis of this data shows that
a. the spec. energy consumptions increases with lower production values
and
c. the spec. energy consumption of glass with the color #1 is different
to color #2.
After the correction of the fluctuating lower caloric values of the
fossil fuel and the normalisation of the different cullet ratios the
analysis of the data is not more significant:
Now plotting the spec. energy consumption against the production
values for both glasses the analysis is more succesful:
The analysis of this data shows that:
a. the spec. energy consumptions increases with lower production values
and
c. the spec. energy consumption of glass with the color #1 is different
to color #2.
