Technical Sales Representative in Poland

The company is seeking a value-adding intermediary for sales and support of their coatings and finishings to target customers that are mainly container glass makers and container/bottle glass decorating companies. The specific role would be to sell, store, prepare and distribute the company´s custom made coatings to the glass making and processing customers.

The person they are looking for shall be responsible for the market coverage in Poland, to manage existing and to develop new business within the glass decoration segment.


Acting as exclusive sales agent for the country you will build on existing customers, opportunities and help to expand into ancillary companies in Poland.

The successful candidate has to be based in a strategic position in Poland, ideally with own offices, storing facilities and staff to manage preparation and distribution of coatings in shortest lead times.


The successful candidate should bring the following:

  • Having already a strong technical background in glass and/or coating industry
  • Providing own office location, ideally in the heart of the Polish glass landscape, with road access and infrastructure such as international airport nearby
  • Providing own store of min. 100 m², ideally heated
  • Having own work force as office backup for customer contact and warehouse staff for preparation of coatings including transport of custom made coatings to the customers
  • Having access to internet and phone to provide continuous customer support
  • Be proactive in customer relationship development

Key Skills, characteristics and experience:

  • Experienced sales professional for maximising sales and marketing opportunities in the Polish container glass producing and glass processing market segment
  • You will have experience of technical sales into the container glass market segment
  • You will have the ability to present the products and negotiate with customers at any level
  • You are independent and able to provide short-term response to customers


  • You will ideally be an independent sales agent with experience in glass and/or coating technology
  • Good communication skills (written and oral) in English or - preferably - in German
  • The company is ready to negotiate a competitive remuneration package, performance bonus, training and personal support
